I found this guy and his stats seem to line up. He is off by a couple of inches. But I thought I would add him. Maybe he just walked away from the Navy left to San Francisco things did not work out and decided to end it.

Circumstances of Disappearance

Summers was a Petty Officer in the United States Navy in 1982. He was a Machinist Mate Second Class assigned to the USS Robison (DDG-12), which was in port at the Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington on January 4, 1982. Summers disappeared while in port that day and has not been seen again. He is originally from Alabama.

I'm doing some deeper digging right now to see what I can find. I'm always surprised when someone with a full name continues to go unclaimed!
