I am of the opinion that there will be an arrest made, soon enough. I like this PD and how they are handling this case, I think they are getting their ducks in a row and they are going to get the person(s) responsible. Of course, I have nothing to support that opinion, but just gut instinct, that this will not be a cold case.

I found this interesting~ nothing really new~

Handyman gives insight into Pastors behavior,
very interesting. What I took from it:

The handyman for the trailerpark is ______ Martinez who has a daughter that played with Sandra. (forget his first name)

The handyman says "75%" of the homes in that park could have Sandra's fingersprints because she was all over the place in different homes (and this is coming from the maintenance guy who must see alot driving thru the park all the time)

Handyman did not find the pastor to be very friendly... says, "that's just the kind of guy he is"

When abc news asked preacherman if he had taken or killed Sandra he, while smiling said no. Sounds like, from what he said to the reporter, he was interviewed thru the night....he said something to the effect that they had just been let go from the LE office when reporters caught them driving back into the trailer park.

Why was preacherman smiling and his wife not emotional if this was a child they saw every day allegedly and they just had their items seized, and home and church cordoned off and searched??????????

After they spoke with reporters, Sandra's family walked over to look at the huge memorial of flowers, candles, stuffed, animals and balloons that has grown in front of the Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park where Sandra lived and was last seen on Friday, March 27, 2009.

"It's comforting, but it's also a testament to the heart that Sandra had and how many people she's touched," said Sandra's aunt, Angie Chavez.

It is nice to know it is comforting for them. Bless their hearts. Sandra seemed like such a loving and freespirited girl who was truly loved. :(

Pat Brown says Sandra very likely knew her killer or was familiar with him being around, pleased with the police investigation, they are not focused on just one person, wasting time allowing a perp get rid of every shred of evidence.

Oh my could that be the pastor's son? If so they better make sure he wasn't visiting 10 days ago.

Just a note~ handyman's first name is Carlos, I remembered it because it is my youngest son's first name.

Handyman gives insight into Pastors behavior,

A couple of interesting things with that video that I noticed.

1) The pastor repeats the question the reporter asks, "Did you have anything to do with Sandra's disappearance?", and then looks away when he answers. Not saying he's lying, but those can be verbal and non-verbal signs of lying.
2) The pastor would not look at the reporter when she was talking to his wife. Could be another sign of lying.
3) The handyman from the mhp says that the pastor is not friendly with other residents.
4) The handyman says that Sandra was so friendly that he bets you could find her fingerprints in 75% of the mobile homes in the park. He's probably exaggerating, but still.

JMO.

He is not the pastor's son. He has 2 sons and a daughter who are older than that. The name does not match either of his son's names.

O/T but it's nice to know that this family has gotten some measure of comfort from the outpouring of love and grief from Sandra's community. Big difference from taking a ball bat and crushing a cross that was left for another child ~ by her family.

God bless Sandra's family.

i agree with you. i really like the way they are handling it and i think Sheneman is a bada$$! i, too, think it will happen sooner rather than later, but i must say that the first night when there was discussion of the church and pastor, i really thought it was going to be Tuesday. i was a little discouraged last night and had to remind myself that this isn't an episode of CSI, give them time.
