One thing he did address which should be mentioned was Probable Cause for the Search Warrants. He was asked specifically what was needed to obtain them. His response was there had to be a "nexus" which would mean there must be an indication the person was involved in this case. Interesting.

I am wondering if LE is jointly investigating Sandra's case and the pedo-ring.

I would assume that it would be easier to get warrants on suspicion of child then having to tie each and every warrant to Sandra's case, particularly with so many warrants already issued.

It would make sense to go with the easier method of obtaining warrants. Of course, once in the home, anything LE finds could be fair game.

About the pastor not being friendly... I've been a member of and visited a lot of Independent Baptist churches and practically all the preachers are very snooty. They also don't believe in joining up with other congregations so there may not be a need to visit with other pastors that much. If this pastor has been married and divorced before the others may not even recognize him.

ITA about the tracy 60 being a great tool for LE. The article at the tracy press pretty much said that not only did they have all the rsos to check but also this group of 60 that haven't even been busted yet.

I wonder how many, if any, of the 60 live at the mhp? Would be great reason for probable cause...

oh it didn't happen to anyone I know. I think it was brought up in the one of the threads about Haleigh Cummings someone mentioned a case about a child who was found dead underneath a trailer.
