Bumping case up. I hope she will be identified someday, though I doubt she was ever reported missing. Someone has gotten away with torture and murder.

I feel like she'd be a good candidate for genetic geneology; Doe Network says she has DNA on file. It would be hard if she's an immigrant, but it's been done before.
