I'm his little sister and tbh I think he knows who he went with no stranger shows up at someone's house in the middle of the night in the ghetto like expecting a kid to answer tbh my mom had enemies she gave up instead of looking for my brother I was a baby when he went missingPanhandling and being on the streets is like an invitation to a child molester. Someone could have paid him money for a fake job with a true intention of sexually abusing him.
I am shocked he smoked and drank and had been in trouble at only 9. Too bad it was not reported before he went missing. Or that it was reported and nothing done.

I'm his little sister and tbh I don't think it's fair to just pick a name and pin a murder to his name regardless of his record I sincerely believe my brother knows his killer I believe he's dead and I believe my mom knew who the killer was as well not like intentionally knowing I just believe it was someone she knewI wonder if Kenneth Parnell was ever looked at for this disappearance? He was out of prison by 1992, and while he initially settled in Bakersfield he tended to move around California alot.
Is there any way to find out if he was in San Bernardino county when this child disappeared?

I hope your family finds closure sometime soon. Do you think your mother can reach out to law enforcement with any insight on who it may be? Even after this many years, there can still leads checked out.I'm his little sister and tbh I don't think it's fair to just pick a name and pin a murder to his name regardless of his record I sincerely believe my brother knows his killer I believe he's dead and I believe my mom knew who the killer was as well not like intentionally knowing I just believe it was someone she knew
