Yikes-they are basing the murder charge on the fact that she made no contact with anyone, she is very social...

I'm just reading along, but it sounds like they were hoping he would lead them to Sierra's body and since they kept him under 24 hour surveillance, he wouldn't have been able to hurt anyone else.
