heck if this is him (the other assaults in 2009... which I think it is him) he didn't even need to leave the state! He has been carping in his own backyard for years and not getting caught! And where he worked nonetheless!

I do too. He didn't go from 2009 to 2012 without committing other crime like this. I'm so wondering about those 41-43 juvenile females missing since Jan. 2011 that the sheriff cited. Betting he's involved in some of those.

Re: The Safeway parking lot attacks - this is why you should always, ALWAYS lock your doors when you are sitting in a parking lot. I do it immediately when I get into my vehicle after shopping.

I think if the sketch were slightly elongated it would be a dead ringer! I am always amazed by the ability of the victims to be able to give such detail in facial sketches despite being in such a heightened state of stress and anxiety.

I have a few questions that will probably never be answered. Why would this guy fold sierra's clothes, why not just toss them inside the bag...was he trying to stage a runaway? Never heard of someone doing that. When the sheriff said that his DNA was found on her property, was she referring to her personal belongings or her driveway?

I've always thought she was the one who folded her clothes. He probably forced her to undress. The DNA was on her clothes in her purse. I'm guessing it was his semen.

-yesterday had enough to make arrest

Wasn't it a risk not arresting him for so long after they had a DNA match? Is it possible he could have thought his time might be up soon and harmed his wife and child? I know his type of crime is different to that, but still.... risky imo.
So so glad they have got him now though. What a psycho.

Absolutely! Looks like him except a little thinner but he could've easily gained some weight over the past year or even few months. All that guilt must have built up inside of him... then again this guy seems to show the least bit of remorse.

Wow just getting caught up. Very glad an arrest has been made. Sad our worst fears have come true. My heart goes out to Sierra's Family and Friends. I agree the sketches do look like him. Also agree he has not remained quiet in between. He likely has many victims. Not uncommon for a rapist to move on to murder.

I agree, except for the length of the face- eyes, nose, lips, and chin are a dead ringer!

omg the picture of him with no goatee and the suspect pic look very much alike - the same eyes, nose , shape of the face, race...wow. I wonder if he has been doing this all along and if there are other victims.
