This sketch is from August of 2011 where some kids/teens were attempted to be lured.

maybe she wasn't nude while in the car and he placed that bag there after he did whatever he did.

True, I guess what I meant was he would not drive her far away, do the crime and then come back to the neighborhood. It could of happened right in the drive way I guess. I don't know if there are a lot of people around her house or that area for that matter. But, if they have his car on video, they probably have a good idea of his route.
At least we can hope so. jmo

all of the incidents that we're talking about right now make me think that it's him/all the same guy. and i think this perp is very much an attack from behind kind of guy... something that i've thought from the very beginning was that sierra was run up on from behind.

The high school he graduated from is about a 5 minute drive from Sierra's home, so he may very well have lived nearby. JMO

I am sure he did not drive around with her nude body in his car for very long. I am afraid her body is very near her home and not far from where her clothes were found. Is that near any of the water spots they searched? jmo

I think she is very close to her home also...I think he left her and then disposed of her belongings!

That leads me to believe they're charging Murder1. Which would mean they believe they can prove premeditation.

I tend to think he threw the phone out the window of the car right away....

as for the clothing bag.. he seems to have really known the area and most likely knew about that abandoned shed that was there I think somehow the shed is related in all of this.

This is exactly what I think happened. Looking at the map, unless he lived nearby or was stalking her, it's a odd location to be at so early in the morning. JMO

I agree. I would be really surprised if he was just randomly driving up and down side streets looking for girls. That would be some serious luck for him to randomly drive up her street and pull up near her driveway at the same time she was heading out. I think that is very unlikely. I think he had to have initially seen her either waiting at her bus stop or perhaps at a store whether it was a Safeway parking lot, or heck, anywhere that she may have been. The mall, movies, restaurant, etc.
