I'm not sure but it definitely makes me want to monitor all of my daughters twitter pages when they have one. It is so important to talk to them about what they post in a public forum. Just talking to them about it isn't enough though. You have to follow them/be their friend so you can see what they are posting for yourself. Sometimes that isn't even enough.

Hunny I'd go ALL out. Children are brainless as to the longevity of the internet! My eldest is 8 (I'm in my early 30's) and I have already learned that children and internet is a bad combo. I will have remote access to every computer he owns, and parental control and with his complete knowledge of it. Mommy is on your boy and Mommy has seen it and done it all before you so you're not fooling anyone! :woohoo:

Or AGT is acting out, his dad left, his brother died, he blames probably young teens for his dad being locked up, and maybe his brother went on a drinking binge because his young teen broke up with him....who knows.

Seriously guys, cut Francine some freaking slack. She was a child herself -FOURTEEN- when the SOB raped her (statutory rape charges were brought, then dropped) and got her pregnant. We do not know what kind of emotional, physical, and maybe sexual abuse she has endured in the past five years. Stockholm syndrome anyone? It saddens me that we are mourning one girl (much deserved, sweet Sierra will be missed) while trashing another one.

Francine will need extensive professional help, and maybe so will the perp's mom. I choose to not forget that. I can only imagine living in a tiny azz trailer with a piece of work like him for years ans escape with my psyche intact. I choose to think she can still be saved. But that's just me.

There is about a 1 1/2 year difference between them. Looks like she was 17 when she got pregnant.

I also feel bad for her and I feel bad that she doesn't have someone with sense around her to stop her making vile posts- her friends on fb are turning on her- she's the gossip of the town and pregnant and her partner is someone she never imagined and she must KNOW deep down... and she's trying to lie and pretend it's not so... But is she a 'victim' of his? Not in my eyes... a 17 year old and a 19 year old bonking is pretty normal where I'm from...

I see her as one of AGT's victims because of his secret life, which I doubt she knew anything of.

There is a post on fb from the wife saying that she was with him on the morning in question. Another person replied something along the lines of yeah right were you with him while he was driving around her (SL) house at 6.30 am for 20 minutes and further goes on to inform her that lying to LE is an offence- this went unanswered.

IMO I really think FS knows she can't account for him at the crucial time and is so jealous of his attraction to Sierra that she would post such terrible quotes about Sierra.
For example- how many women who's husband have an affair say nothing about him but state the mistress is a Who*e etc???

I think all that happened recently and if like I said he is in involved in the other crimes those were back in 2009-10 weren't they? But, you could be right as I am certainly not a psychiatrist. lol jmo

And his gf/wife was arrested for petty theft in March and 13 days later he took Sierra. Things trigger him, big time. In thinking about that, when did his brother die? Date if possible. And also, when did his father go to jail? Let's see if those things triggered him to take another one of these other missing girls from around the area on similar dates as Sierra.

I thought she gave birth at 15, my apologies for that. Character assassination is still not cool, whichever way it goes. And I choose to believe she will 'see the light' once awareness and distance make it so -- she is wounded, and we just do not know how deeply so. But throwing stones at her is not very elegant and it helps no one.

Maybe the next few days will prove me wrong; but for now I don't think she is either in the middle of it. I think she is in a denial the size of Texas. with two children to feed.

I'm pretty sure the taxpayers of Calif. will be feeding her babies. Along with other things. Housing, clothing, daycare, health care, etc., etc.

Garcia-Torres' father is in jail in Santa Clara County and his brother recently died in Mexico after a life of drinking and drug abuse, Torres said.

Looks like they searched the Uvas Res today, and that he was supposed to be in court today but it was delayed...didn't give a reason

You can't trust KTVU for anything now. It was posted early on in this thread his 1st court date is 5/24 was going to be in Morgan Hill but has been moved to San Jose .i can speculate because of the concern for security needed.
