I wonder why Sierra applauded the gangsta style. Could this have been her doom? This guy sure fits the gangsta style. Did she think he was "OK" and accepted a ride?

There is not much residential or commerecial construction going on here in the south bay, but people are breaking into vacant and foreclosed homes and stealing not only the copper but also the door frames, kitchen cabinets, toilets, doors, dishwashers, light fixtures, jetted tubs, garbage disposals-basically stripping the homes bare naked. I am wondering if that vacant house on her court that LE took stuff out of had anything to do with him and his "scrap metal" biz.

Maybe he scoured all those metal sheds looking for stuff....and that is how he spotted Sierra.

His mother is a smart lady-she is not defending him-she knows LE has a job to do & she even told AG that if you've don;t nothing wrong-you should not be worried-she also says she can't be with him 27/7 and watch whats he is doing-I really believe this woman will believe LE if they tell her that son son did this and show her the evidence.I felt sorry for her!! Me too, I'm going to admit, I started crying listening to her, which honestly I didn't think that I would do, it's the way she talks about the Bible and the way people back there were persecuted for things they hadn't done, then toward the end when she talks about the sun and moon, and that it follow us and she couldn't follow him all the time to know what he was doing. How old is this pregnant g/f now, and how old was she when she became pregnant with this 1-1/2 y.o.? Or is the baby closer to 2 yrs. old? It might help to know what their actual ages were at the time. If she was 16 or 17, and the sex was consensual, I don't see her as a victim. JMO. Girls that age are aware of the chances of getting pregnant, and schools give away contraceptives all the time. If she is living with him now and pregnant with another child, I'm sure she doesn't feel like a victim either. When they willingly agree to have sex and have the misfortune to get pregnant, that doesn't change their status, as far as I'm concerned. Legally, maybe but NOT morally. Too many young girls are more than eager to jump in the sack (or the back seat) with guys and then cry rape later. It's crazy how many guys have been convicted and labeled as sex offenders who did nothing more than believe some girl who told them they were at least 18 or older. IMO, 16 or 17 is plenty old enough to know the consequences of having sex. They teach sex education in schools at a very young age these days.
I respect others' opinions as well, and don't mean to offend anyone, this is MOO.

I see FS as a victim because I sincerely doubt she knew who it was she fell in love with and started a family with.

As an example of a situation in which sex can be consensual and still be abusive, imagine a rather plain girl who starts being courted by a really cute guy. She's swept off her feet and they have sex on their first date.

The next day, his friends gleefully inform her that the cute guy she had sex with had a bet on with his friends that he could get her to have sex with him on their first date.

Obviously, the sex was consensual but it certainly wasn't informed consent. She would not have had sex with him had she known he just wanted to win a bet with his friends.

In other words, in my scenario, he was concealing vital information from her.

I see FS as being AGT's victim in the same way. She fell in love and started a family with someone who was concealing a major secret. I don't think she would have fallen in love with him if she'd known he was (apparently) a serial rapist.

I would have a hard time accepting it too, and would be in denial for a long time. I might even be angry with the cops and say they were railroading him. But I wouldn't be posting accusations and slurring the victim, especially since he was accused of murder. To say things like that is wrong, I don't care how young she is! There is no excuse for that, and I can't condone it. JMHO.

I don't think it is acceptable behaviour but that doesn't lessen my sense of compassion for her.

She's not even 20 years old and her life is already a hot mess.

I see FS as uneducated, and ignorant. She was likely raised in a similar lifestyle, and thinks this is how guys are supposed to act, it's all normal for her. I think if she wasn't with AGT, she would be in a similar situation.

I don't give her a free pass for her vile comments about a probably deceased CHILD, but I can feel some sympathy for what has probably been a rough life for her from the beginning, and now having to deal with this. All on top of being pregnant with raging hormones!

However, I still think it just boils down to ignorance. I don't feel she will ever be fully capable of grasping the situation and will likely continue to make excuses and place blame elsewhere. Of course I don't know them personally, I am just getting one sided stories from the media, but it seems to be a common thread in the family.

Sounds like another victim of ATG. He would have been younger at this time and guess what is RIGHT across the street from this rape site? LIVE OAK High school, where ATG attended before switching to the continuation school. He was slender at that time and the description fits perfectly. He might not have been into killing his victims back then. He was described as english speaking but with somewhat of a hispanic accent.

But since it was a rape, wouldn't they have the rapist's dna? And wouldn't they have been able to match it since he was already in the dna database of felons?

IMO the only person who would look to see if they were being in tracked, is someone is guilty of something.

I know I haven't committed any crimes. But if LE impounded my vehicle and had several interviews with me, I'd certainly wonder if they had installed a GPS tracker on any other vehicle I had access to.

Not because I would feel guilty (I haven't committed any crimes!) but just because I'd be curious.

Besides, there was that story in the news fairly recently where a guy took his car in for service and the mechanic found a GPS tracker. The car owner took it home and was surprised by a visit from the FBI asking for their property back.

I'd remember that story and want to find out who would come asking for their tracker back!

It would amuse me but that's probably just more proof I don't get off the farm often enough.

I know the post your talking about by Willow1 . They retracted it later they got Sierra dads name mixed up. I really don't think we still know what ATG dad is in jail for.
