Interpretation ... I think there's a chance he stashed that bag to revisit. He couldn't take it to the trailer. He took more care discarding that than he did the phone (although the phone was an immediate risk, he didn't care if they found it). Her clothes were supposedly neatly folded, I think he was perhaps keeping them to relive his crime. I do wonder if the clothes were wet as reported, and he retrieved them with extra effort even (I am trying not to be too ghoulish with ideas).

I did initially think it might have just been a convenient place to get rid of it, because maybe being near Sierra would draw attention to her. So the location was on the way home and someplace to throw it out without being seen. But the folding and the placement behind the cacti makes me think he was going back for it.

Agree. A trophy, momento. Other trophies may have been found in his home. An earring, bracelet, or worse. That loser is going down. No doubt about it.
We havent forgotten you little angel Sierra!

Good point about the perp keeping momento(s) ....

that would be very important evidence!

But still - no answer by LE to the question of if clothing found was what she was wearing or just a spare set.

FWIW - I re-read the statement of facts written by Sgt. Leon. The second to last paragraph states the clothing she was wearing the morning of her disappearance have been located.

:applause: and thanks Lash - was looking for something like that.
Now notice it does not mention that the clothing found in the Juicy Purse are the ones mentioned in the second to last paragraph - We assume they are, but if they aren't then LE may have something they've held back and are saving till the trial...

I wonder that as well because the link that I provided upthread was worded in such a way that I wasn't sure how to interpret it.
Perhaps they have been holding back info.....

They took out evidence from the foreclosed home down the street from Sierra. Whether it was important, we don't know.

Since all her clothing were found...identity would not be likely. He must have wrapped her in something for transport. He either buried her, or weighed her down if she was put in water. He could have left her in a very wooded area and she would never be found w/o the clothing. The warm climate would take care of any problems.

If she was wrapped, maybe LE has the cover and that is why they are sure she is dead. They may have skin cells and hair.

grrr...I am sure his wife and mother have a pretty good idea what happened. They know him and his quirks, how he lies and where he likes to hang. I heard they have attorneys who are telling them to keep quiet...apparently they are.

Thanks for posting that Statement of Facts- either I missed it or had forgotten about it.

Dear Sierra, where can you be?

I am glad you reminded me there was evidence taken from the foreclosed home near Sierra's home...

There may be important evidence from that location that LE has not disclosed, yet...

Thank you all for the links on Scheller Rd...
I am still in focus on the model aircraft area. Which is across the road from this home on Scheller.
I/we have been in it many times. It is a hard area to search. Even the ponds have lots of growth around the edges and a body could be into those plants. The body actually held down by the plants themselves. So I started in this area a year ago and over time we ranged out slowly to 30 miles east and west, south to the Salinas area. But this kid was limited with no job and fuel was at 4.50 per gallon at that time... So I am back to the beginning to see if he or they just placed her close in the area. The model aircraft field is close and on that day and time the field could have few or nobody in it.. It is a jogging area and has bike paths. A golf course further North. But I have parked in the Model aircraft area of that very large area from 7 until 10 on a weekday in march and nobody passed me.

For reference ..Michelle Le was found in an area that had been searched previous... So, never give up and never give in and be willing to go back over areas.

Thank you again..
