-In regards to the theory of a "secret phone" from an older, possibly married man, I just dont see this being very likely. It looks to me that Sierra tried to act older than she was (WHILE ONLINE), but she actually seemed pretty innocent. Looking at her feelings about bullying and suicide, I think the drug imagery and rap lyrics were just a front, and not who she really was. Also, I dont see her being quite "savvy" enough to carry on a hidden relationship with an older married man, with secret phones and a fake kidnapping to runaway together. Certainly possible, especially in the movies, but not likely.

Snipped by me. I agree. Bullying is rampant, IMO, and girls are the new bullies. Being new and pretty, Sierra would have been likely prey. But in terms of her posts, particularly lyrics ... a lot of kids like rap. My son likes Tyler the Creator, though he admits his lyrics go too far. That doesn't stop him from listening, however.

IMO, Sierra may have attracted a perv without noticing. I just had a weird experience with my daughter at the mall. We were celebrating her 16th, and she was dressed up. We got a new waiter mid-meal, a guy in his mid 20s, I'd say. All he did was stare at my daughter. Nothing further happened, but it made me think of Sierra.

IIRC, LE said the bag was found near the intersection. Maybe it could have been down the road a little way.

Statistically, it's far more likely she left willingly. That's the "statistical group" she most likely falls in.

Even the investigating Sheriff doesnt believe that is what happened.

This sheriff seems to be giving out a little more information than we have heard before. The books with the bag between a cactus and a building. Surely she would know if there is a building or not. Possibly a building built after the Google street views were done?

Also Sierra went out the door but dogs didn't necessarily pick up scent all the way to the end of the driveway. Maybe she was abducted right outside the door. Brings back Holly's scenario.
