Mr. TT. Are you saying her photos are still being changed and uploaded to her tumblr acct? When was this photo posted the one with the apple laptop? This was posted on sierras acct recently? As in since she has been missing?

I have been looking at this site of hers for the past 6 hours or so.
And every now and then when I go back there are different pictures posted.
I am not sure how long that picture has been on there. But it is still there.
Yes. they are being changed and uploaded to her tumblr acct. I am trying to understand how that is possible when she is missing.

So what's the consensus on the info over at the hinky meter?
http://www.thehinkymeter.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1598&start=200

I had read this several days ago and not sure if it could have bearing on this case or not.. in looking at it once again I do find it as a possible angle of a connection to the perp.. as in it being one of those ppl she was attempting to get away from in moving and starting a school in a different district.. could it be one of those ppl that showed up at Sierras that morning?

I just don't know? What leads me away from this theory is the fact that just last night the sheriff made clear that they had found nothing but dead ends when looking into her peers as possible suspects..

If the info from hinky is valid it definitely answers so very many of our questions of why was this girl was suddenly uprooted after already starting the school year at her long time school in Freemont ..

It absolutely has me pondering some possibilities. When my DD was 15 she had her first 'boyfriend.' He was a junior and she was a sophomore, like Sierra. They had a drama class together and became very close very fast. Too fast for my liking. Long story short, my DH and I decided not to tell her how much we disliked him, because we did not want to push her further towards him. But luckily after about 6 months she realized what a jerk he was. One of the things she hated the most was that he and his friends smoked a lot of pot. She eventually hated that about him too because he was kind of a slacker. She got bored with him. So she broke up with him. ALL KINDS OF DRAMA ENSUED. He went cuckoo. And he got all of his 'crew' to give my DD a really hard time too. Even other girls that he was good friends with began to hassle my DD. They followed her to classes, threw food wrappers at her. And they were all older kids and pretty mean. We considered moving schools at one point until he luckily moved onto a new girlfriend.

But the point of my story is that my DD felt very intimidated and unsafe because of the girls for the most part. There was a pack of them that were very threatening towards her because my DD apparently 'disrespected' their friend by breaking up with him. ' Who the EFF do you think you are, Biotch' is the way they approached her. And the ONLY thing that saved her at the time was that she grew up with some of the older kids who knew her big brother,so it kept these mean kids in check. Otherwise i have no doubt they might have done something physical.

Sierra did not have anyone in MH that had her back. So if someone from Fremont came to give her a hard time she would have nowhere to turn. And there might also have been girls in her new school that resented her.

Just a FYI poster "R" was banned at HM for not respecting the rules and backing up comments with links. The other poster, I don't beleive has posted since "R" was banned. I am not saying that dismisses anything. Just letting you know if you don't already.

For example.
This picture was added a few minutes ago via the web.
Can people just post photos to your account. Does it work that way.

Until I understand what is going on. I am not going back to that site.

I think Tumblr probably works kind of like Pinterest. Where if you comment on a picture or whatever and someone else comments on it later, it will show back up on your site.

Here in my state RSO's pictures are updated quite frequently and along with a home address a work address is also listed. This doesn't seem the case from what I have reseached in CA. It has bothered me in this case. I have also come across newspaper articles of convictions and can't find the person as a RSO or listed as being incarcerated in CA. Here is a example of one that is wanted (2nd one down) http://www.bayareacrimestoppers.org/wanteds.aspx?PageNum=2&F=&O=

I am not finding this person on the national or CA registry. I just felt like it was important to bring this to attention as CA has so many RSO's but if they are not tracking them properly there is a problem.

Could be that they are in a halfway house or psychiatric facility.

Thank-you. At least now I know I am not imagining things.

Wouldn't they still be listed with that address though. Even if they are incarcerated usually it will show the address of the facility.

People are looking at the tumblr page for posts tagged with Sierra's name. Sierra's account page has not changed.

A few people have asked how tumblr works. Traditional blogs have content that is mostly created by the blog owner. They may add in an image from somewhere else or cut and paste an article, but they create each individual post.

Now with tumblr, it is like a social networked blog. You follow other tumblr blogs so you log on and see a timeline of your follow's blog posts, everyone's jumbled in together, like when you log on to facebook newsfeed vs looking at someone's profile. Some will be traditional blog posts of text, or stuff that people have added to tumblr themselves from elsewhere, but much of it will be images that have been "reblogged" many many times via tumblr users. Think Pinterest if you are familiar with that, or in a very similar vein as if one of your friends shares a funny photo on fb and you then share it to all your other friends via your timeline, one of those friends shares it to all their friends and so on. The difference being tumblr keeps the list of reblogs below any given post, back to the original person who added it. In this way, most of Sierra's tumblr page is a curated collection of images other people have added and reblogged. I imagine she would give any individual post of it not much more than 15 seconds thought if that. While probably being conscious of the overall tone and appearance ... she isn't reblogging cute cat pictures and recipes. She had a few text blog posts, more so earlier on the page.

So the ways you can interact with tumblr to my knowledge - you can look at one individual's page (http://cccairuh.tumblr.com/) in various formats including an archive view. You can look at a timeline of the people you follow. You can look at a timeline of posts tagged with a phrase (like the link in above posts). You can search and have that come up as a page.

I'm not sure a psychiatric facility would be listed because wouldn't that violate HIPAA? Not sure if that would apply to a RSO. Halfway houses, I would think, would be listed. But, that might depend on the state.

I know that there are RSOs in Texas that are not required to register their address for life, which is very strange to me.

I went to the building and cactus where the bag was found. It is about one tenth of a mile NW *** edited - it is NE *** of ST on Laguna. Now I see there is no way a bag could be thrown from ST. Whoever did that had to turn onto Laguna, get out of the car, put it between the building and the cactus then get back in their car. Also, they would have to go back the same direction they came - so back toward ST. Laguna (Fisher) dead ends at the railroad tracks with no crossing. There is some fenced in business and one mobile home on the other side at the end. There are a couple of side streets with large homes, but no other way out than back to ST.

FWIW and just my opinion of what I saw.

There was some conversation up the thread about some posts made at the Hinky Meter. I was just letting people know that one of the posters was banned from there and the other hasn't been back since. They are the ones that originated the rumor/conversation. There is someone or "people" posting places that are trying to tarnish Sierras reputation. I just posted a link to the latest news article. Here it is again http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2012/04/07/BATM1O0AUP.DTL

In the comments you will see what I am talking about.

That is the account page that you say has not changed. Is that correct.
But the pictures can change. Is that what you are saying.
I have taken up enough space with this issue.
I will let it go now.

Thank you btw.

JMO--Once the perp. had Sierra "secured," he/she could have stopped at that location, jumped out of the vehicle and placed the bag there. I don't think it necessarily implies that the placement was done after Sierra was removed from a vehicle at that point (that is, if she ever was in a vehicle to begin with, and we don't know that yet.) She could have been put in the trunk, and still have been alive.

Hope someone saw the perp. put the bag there.

What do you think?

So her account page is still the same, just that the photos change from time to time. Is that what your saying.

No. This is Sierra's page that she created - http://cccairuh.tumblr.com , where she reblogged photos from other people's pages and occasionally created a post herself. The last post/reblog was before she went missing, nothing changes, except the individual posts will show if people have reblogged them after Sierra, however this doesn't change the appearance of her page.

This page - http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/sierra-lamar - collects anything anyone posts tagged with Sierra's name. If you click the names above individual images you'll see the personal pages like Sierra's that they are collected from.
