People are looking at the tumblr page for posts tagged with Sierra's name. Sierra's account page has not changed.
A few people have asked how tumblr works. Traditional blogs have content that is mostly created by the blog owner. They may add in an image from somewhere else or cut and paste an article, but they create each individual post.
Now with tumblr, it is like a social networked blog. You follow other tumblr blogs so you log on and see a timeline of your follow's blog posts, everyone's jumbled in together, like when you log on to facebook newsfeed vs looking at someone's profile. Some will be traditional blog posts of text, or stuff that people have added to tumblr themselves from elsewhere, but much of it will be images that have been "reblogged" many many times via tumblr users. Think Pinterest if you are familiar with that, or in a very similar vein as if one of your friends shares a funny photo on fb and you then share it to all your other friends via your timeline, one of those friends shares it to all their friends and so on. The difference being tumblr keeps the list of reblogs below any given post, back to the original person who added it. In this way, most of Sierra's tumblr page is a curated collection of images other people have added and reblogged. I imagine she would give any individual post of it not much more than 15 seconds thought if that. While probably being conscious of the overall tone and appearance ... she isn't reblogging cute cat pictures and recipes. She had a few text blog posts, more so earlier on the page.
So the ways you can interact with tumblr to my knowledge - you can look at one individual's page (
http://cccairuh.tumblr.com/) in various formats including an archive view. You can look at a timeline of the people you follow. You can look at a timeline of posts tagged with a phrase (like the link in above posts). You can search and have that come up as a page.
