Pedreros had dropped her dog off in a grocery store parking lot about 6 a.m.

Few new details ... Not under the influence, mental health issues.

It's almost dark here in Central Cali where I live, in the mountains it's prob already dark now.

Prayers that this child was not harmed and is found safe.

The most recent articles say she told them she didn't know where Sophie was... they don't say she doesn't remember having a daughter.

Maybe that changed at some point or was misreported initially?

Why would she drop the dog off in the parking lot, but harm her daughter? That seems odd... not that being found wandering naked isn't odd... but just saying that you'd think she would have harmed them both or not harmed them both. That gives me hope Sophie is okay.

Not another one. This doesn't sound good. Surely if this toddler had been left with a friend, it would have been reported to LE once the missing child report was released to the media. Maybe this little one had a guardian angel watching over her. I hope that she was not turned out in the wilderness area. Why the mom was discarding those toys is too awful to contemplate.
Prayers for you to be found safe, sweet Sophie.

I hope they search near the area where the dog was dropped off. I have a 20 month old girl and cannot imagine her alone anywhere. She's always calling for me. It breaks my heart.

I hope LE finds the mother's clothes. If something bad happened to the baby then there should be evidence on them.

My thoughts and prayers are with searchers today, please let them find Sophia!!!!

Trident, those details have not been disclosed. The Father is posting on Facebook Missing Page, but he has asked that the focus be on finding Sophia. Asking that people not speculate or ask questions at this time.
