What it looks like to me is that the loan was satisfied in April and the house was sold in August. I'm no expert in real estate and would love to have someone who knows more than I do weigh in here.

Just by the looks of things, things that have transpired before and after Susan's disappearance, doesn't make him look good...... IMOO.

but then doubled check with the first article at the beginning of each thread...
she is reported as going missing while running errands on Wednesday, May 1, 2013....
but... Many of us have suspicions she may actually have gone missing before that... Which would put the date some time in April...
