Unfortunately Iam the father in this tragic situation, I can tell you all this so you all don't wonder, the county of Tulare law enforcement failed my deceased daughter and I, having the best forensic labs in the world here in California they sent her body to Texas for toxicology, where her results were mixed up with another little girl, and due to this they had to then throw the murder charge out, only charging her with neglect, shyla Is a real ,after she got out she tried to poison her father to obtain his property and assets, and she now lives in Northern California where she works for a veterinarian, doing you guessed it where she performs euthanasia on small and large animals. I had not seen this thread previously. I am so sorry for your loss and just as sorry if this was not handled properly by the justice system. I am sure that only compounded your pain. God bless you and your family.
