I am so glad I found this discussion on here. Thank you everyone for trying to keep this alive.
I actually know Tiffany's daughter and have heard the story first hand.
A few things I do know...
Tiffany had just gotten off work, stopped to see her daughter and was going to the bridge. (Hence the scrubs)
This bridge is a place she has been often and was comfortable with.
Her car was found in the middle of the road, drivers side door open, ignition off but keys and purse were still in it.
The purse had gone missing in between the time the car was found and police removed it from the scene.
Tiffany's daughter was told by LE that the car was removed by afternoon but received a message from a neighbor stating the vehicle had been left there at least until evening.

Anything you can find would be greatly appreciated. I've dug and dug and can't seem to find anything to help her find closure.
