totally possible, plausible. but, it does take some gall to abduct someone. Unless they're on crack - that'd make them brazen enough to do it.

From what I've read, sexual predators, when they see an opportunity, they'll take it even though it's very high risk, that their strong drive to satisfy their fantasies and urges, makes them take big risks. They don't need crack.

I don't have a link to offer. It's just my understanding based on what I've read over the years. :twocents:

Omg this is so frustrating. Can't even begin to imagine what this little girl is going through. Shame she can't just go to someplace nice to recuperate instead of back in the house from where she was kidnapped.

I've thought that but the girl didn't recognize either of the 2 men.

I sure would like to have a scanner thread going while they are searching for these guys. If the first one was pulled due to identifying info about the child, why not just start a new one with a reminder to use initials and no pics ? That would be much easier than trying to clean up the original thread.

Going to have to take a break from this one for my own sanity. Too much, too sickening, and too close to home. I hope you guys, or LE, or whoever tracks down these guys. I'm sure today I'll tell myself to quit being a wuss and will be back later tonight helping you guys with the tracking, but right now I feel like I'm going to faint reading this stuff (seriously)...gang initiations, etc...Too much....

Unfortunately or fortunately tracking is one of my, uh talents, that I developed during Jessica's case. And I'd like to help however I can so I will try to pull it together!

Keep up the great work guys. Find those lowlifes and get them off the street before someone else gets hurt!!!!!!

me too. been listening to the LAPD scanner. nothing that *seems* related that i've heard so far.
it'd be good to keep the info on the original thread for later use if necessary, too.

yes, it was her cousin(s) who were kidnapped.
seems like a freak coincidence.

I'm just not sure if this is the kidnapping case they are referring to. Maybe there are other brothers who did such??

However, if it is the two men mentioned in the link I provided... there is a lot of info online about them, the kidnapping case and their previous crimes.

I'm not sure they had even put those pieces together yet.

I think this is one that LAPD just got right. They jumped on it quickly and called in every available resource they could, immediately. Nice to see LE not letting egos, politics and jurisdictions get in the way and only caring about what's best for the missing.
