I'm gonna guess he has only one testicle remaining from testicular cancer, which ranged from age 15-30 which is also consistent with his age bracket.

I agree; my father looked nearly emaciated at one point at 6'2 and 127 lbs. Well I know that 6'2 is obviously not 5'8, but that would have to be really, really thin still.

This guy isn't in NAMUS, and he was allegedly seen a month after the UI was found, but take a look at his picture. I wonder if his dates could be wrong.

Agreed! North Africa -- Egypt, Algiers, Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Western Sahara; possibly Iraq or Iran.

The Namus circumstances page says, "On 12/30/1997 the decedent was found under some blankets in a ravine." Which makes it sound like he might have been homeless or transient, and perhaps the weight is so low because he was severely malnourished. The weight could also be the weight of the remains when they were found, in which case they wouldn't tell us anything about what he might have weighed in life.

Also, if he's 70 inches, that's 5'10", not 5'8".

He has a tattoo but it's not clear whether the remains were sufficiently preserved for it to have been detected. Age is a couple of years high but stats are in range.

Details of Disappearance
Isaias Morales Padron was born May 19, 1960 in Havana Cuba. He went to New York,USA in 1980. and lived on 1319 Taylor Avenue Bronx, New York. He wrote his family in Cuba regularly and told them he was working at an airport as a cab driver.
His last letter was received in 1986, saying he was moving to another state and he would write soon with his new address, but he was never heard from again.
