But how would this person know the neighbors had a camera? How would anyone going to the house know they had to be careful so not to be recorded? Whoever was driving the SUV either didn't know about the camera or they didn't care.

Did the nephew (if that was who was in the SUV) only arrive once?
And that was a little after 5:00p.m.
Did whoever was in the SUV bop
WC on the head (enough to knock
him out but not enough to bleed much) put him laying down and unconscious in the back of the
SUV and therefore was not seen leaving the house under his own means or in the SUV. That sort of makes sense to me but the big
question is why?

my guess is the driver did not know about the camera, gave a statement, learned about the camera, then lawyered up and shut up.

Sounds about right.

With the camera recording who came and went through that front side area , there are only so many options for me

Wasn't aware of the camera, was seen coming and going earlier, lied about coming back at 5:06
Wasn't aware of the camera and wasn't seen coming and going earlier, lied about everything
Was aware of the camera and snunk in. This make least amount of sense because of the drive up at 5:06 knowing he would be recorded

I think I am just going in circles

So, are you thinking the nephew
came by, only at 5:00 and there was no watching golf with his uncle at any time? That the only time he spent with his uncle was for a brief
few minutes at a little after 5:00?

So, for the neph to get inside the house, he had to have the garage door opened for him. Or, maybe
WC met the neph in the garage at which time, WC was "disabled", or WC left voluntarily with the neph or the SUV driver.

But, Hernandez said that Will was still at the house when the nephew left.

This is making no sense whatsoever.

It doesn't make sense because "we" don't have all the information. LE knows more than they are sharing. Unless they provide more information to the public, there is no way to move forward in searching for William.

Someone will find him in those hills at some point, maybe. Is more than one family member part of the juggalo clan? What are the ritualistic ways juggalo's dispose of remains?

How sad.

I don't understand this juggalo thing??

Although the Juggalo subculture stems from the horrorcore subgenre of the general hip hop music fandom, criminal and gang-related activity has been attributed to self-described 'Juggalos' in recent years, including assaults,[19][20][21] drug trafficking,[19][20] vandalism,[19] burglary,[20] shootings,[20] theft,[19][20] robbery,[20] and numerous murders

It has been confirmed by LE that nephew was at the home earlier that day and had left with William still there. Then at 5:06 someone came to and left at 5:12. IN my opinion this is the time frame WC most likely disappeared.

When questioned by LE, it appears nephew admitted that he was at the house earlier that afternoon. Like Cool12 said, he most likely denied coming to the house at 5:06. Then the neighbors video comes to light revealing a vehicle very similar to nephews and then nephew lawyers up and doesnt say another word.

How would LE know if he was there or not at 1:30? Wasn't that Aunt Peck, who saw the video even before police, unwittingly gave her neph an out. Just speculating here: "But nephew, we saw your SUV on video at Will's house the day he disappeared. What were you doing there?"

I don't know who to believe anymore. The Aunt who has no investigative experience and the police, who came in the middle of this debacle and probably didn't get the whole story. If the nephew was there earlier, why the heck doesn't the video show him going to the house? I can believe his SUV was parked on the street out of view,
but we never see him coming or going?

When Hernandez paused about WC being at the house when the nephew left, I felt it was because he was trying to get the story correct.
The one the aunt fed him.

When AP said she looked at video and saw nobody coming or going that day, didn't she see the SUV arriving at 5:06?
I don't recall her mentioning that

That is what LE Said at the Press Conference. Listen to it. It is our best resource for the facts. How they were able to confirm it is immaterial. Remember they spoke to the nephew.

Yes, I know. I have listened to the
PC. And in lieu of any updates, I am extremely frustrated by what they
have presented as "facts".

I will, however, take a step back from this case for a short while,
or until something of significance
arises.

I am no authority on this case, or human suffering.... But the flow of traffic slowing down in front of the Cierzan house is creepy, and unsettling to it's occupant.
It's also rather distasteful.
I totally understand the curiosity.
But this isn't a video game, or online quest.
I've tried my best to be extremely cautious about what I say, because I am somewhat involved in search efforts.... And I care about this family deeply.
I fully support efforts to resolve this case, and I am readily familiar with, and have resolved several cases myself.
I am not suggesting that anyone here cease to help... But I'm asking that you please be aware that people close to this family, and some members of the family are closely monitoring the activity in this thread. Please put yourself in the shoes of William's loved ones before commenting, or driving by.

Thank you

Can someone please post an entire timeline as we know it. Might clear up a few thoughts I have. Thanks.

M2 let me say thanks for your IRL support of this family. I'm on the east coast or I'd be beside you looking. Prayers to you, WC and his family and friends. Prayers to who did this that they come forward and make things right.

I completely agree with you, people should definitely be respectful of Will and his family which I believe we all have. Everyone here has been very respectful and I believe genuinely care about everyone involved. There are only 3 locals on this thread I am aware of you and I being 2 of them. I am home all day with a 3 month old and would never even think to go by his house. There arent enough locals on this thread to create any kind of traffic. Not suggesting youre being accusatory just want you to know it isn't us, there are a lot of locals who arent involved in ws that are aware of Will being missing.

If Will's family is indeed reading here, first let me say I am so sorry you are going through this. Most of us can only imagine how difficult this is.
Secondly, we would love for you to join our discussion and if you can, help us figure out some of the puzzling information that has been given. As you can see, we really do care about 'our' cases on here. We would love to understand the timeline a bit better and there are other things that just aren't clear, based on what is in the media, etc.
Again, we are all wishing for Will's safe return, and I'll go as far as to say most of us will be here until he is found.
