More of the crib - with the addition of a pooh bear....who's changing things around?

DB makes a point of saying NOTHING was taken from her room when asked about the cadaver dog - but she never says what was taken from Lisa's room.

Which side of the bed did the cadaver dogs hit on?

Posting the photo will blow the margins, sorry. DB must have driven JI insane - she was truly a slovenly housekeeper...and his side is very neat and uncluttered.

Then again, was that diaper on the floor when the cadaver dog hit in their bedroom? The DT insists a dog would hit on a dirty diaper.... did the new attorney show this embarrassing mess just to show that the dog had a wide variety of disgusting to hit on?

In that second pic in the link, is that clear plastic over the window or is the trim just super ultra shiny that the light reflected off of it?

DB has lived there 2 years and there are no curtains? To me that means that JI made it clear that she was not a permanent fixture in his life.

I don't know iamnotagolem - she doesn't seem to be much of a Martha Stewart....not that that is a bad thing, some peeps just don't get into the decorating thing. Seriously.

That picture confirms to me when the warrant said the "floor area" the dog could have hit on something that was on the floor and the police took it then and Deb would not know what was missing in the mess. If they took anything they did not have to put it on a warrant list since the hit was not done under a warrant.

ummm...the pics/video of the house BEFORE the warrant search, the house looks very neat and clean to me. Obviously it's the police that are not into picking up/cleaning up after themselves. And for the record, my master bd and my living room have only blinds and no drapes....and it's a decorating strategy ;)

i see nothing wrong or odd with the blinds... they are not a wealthy family by any means and if the blinds did the trick of blocking out the sun that would be sufficient. plus with 3 kids, i doubt "decorating" their room would be a priority.

I'm going to have to agree that it looks like a bachelor's bedroom. There isn't anything on the walls, no headboard, no decoration at all.

i've seen enough decorating shows to know it's just not a concern for some...

I understand that, but I also wonder if it's not an insight into JI and DB's relationship a little. Maybe JI wears the pants more than some think.

Do you have pictures of the bedroom before the warrant search?

You can't go making assumptions as to how their house looked on a daily basis by looking at pics of the house after LE has just spent 17 hours rummaging through every inch of their house.

I've heard that over and over....my question is, why would LE throw those particular things all over the floor? Did they go into Lisa's bedroom and bring the diapers into DB's bedroom? Did they take an arbitrary clothes hanger and toss it onto the floor? All that's there to throw things out of is a small night table - did ALL that come from the night table?

I find it very hinky that these pictures are so different - all taken on the same day, October 24, 2011. Why was everything rearranged?

The search warrant said the dog was an FBI trained cadaver dog...who hit near the bed. I stand with the dog. I bet they brought more in to confirm.

Of course as is always these are nothing more than my personal opinions regarding Baby Lisa, more specifically the "hit" in the master bedroom of the Irwin home..

With that said, I honestly feel as tho there is just so very little that we actually know in this case.. And I mean know, not assume, personally speculate, and draw our own personal conclusions.. But truly know as fact.. While that is discouraging as an outsider, amateur, armchair sleuth.. I do believe however that it could possibly mean something extremely positive ATLEAST as far as "solving" the case goes.. But for me, truly more importantly than just solving the case I very much still hope that Lisa is found(and that means even deceased).. And as far as that issue of her being found IMO we are even more in the absolute, pitch dark as to if that's a reasonable possibility at this point.. Or is sadly looking more like finding her still not a step closer in looking for that needle in a haystack??.. IMO we just don't know..

This case IMO may be the most tight lipped as far as real information and facts than any other of the cases in recent history.. Again yes, frustrating as a sleuther, but I do however have great hope that it's actually a very positive indicator for the Kansas City DA's office when this case does eventually make its way into the courts for trial.. I mean look at it in comparison to the debacle of the Anthony case in terms of details, info, and knowledge of major components of the entire case.. Saying it pales in comparison IMO is not even near a close and accurate representation of just how truly of a minuscule amount of actual information and details that we know regarding Baby Lisa's case..

I was hoping to possibly even have a bit of forward movement, so to speak for myself, personally as far as having something of such importance as the "hit" in the bedroom possibly even a bit more confirmed, rather than not.. Tho, even had the PI actually confirmed my direct, explicit questions regarding the "hit", clothing, and exact outfit Lisa is reported as having on when she was removed from the home.. Tho, his "source" actually confirming that would still NOT IMO automatically make it fact.. However it would be one step closer to possibly having such crucial information actually confirmed..

That didn't happen.. Therefor IMO the fact remains sadly the same that we are still left with so miniscule amount of info..of FACTS.. Well.. That I just do not feel its accurate to attempt to draw my own personal, logical conclusions from such a tiny bit..

Again, as I said these are nothing more than my personal opinions and views and is in no way speaking or thinking negatively of any of my fellow sleuths who feel much more comfortable than I to be able to draw conclusions in this specific case..I respect all of you and tho, we may not see eye to eye on this case or even other cases I do, However without a doubt KNOW that we do share the same goals, hopes, and resolutions to these cases and am always able to learn from so many of you.. And sometimes when I least expect it, as in when you alls views are total opposite than mine.. Due to my having respect for so many of you it forces me to truly take a very hard, close up look at something in my mind I had already shut off as even a possibility.. And IMO that is a very good and positive thing for me:)

I appreciate you all for continuing to keep Baby Lisa in the forefront and not just falling by the wayside.. I still have hope yet that she will both be found and justice served on her little precious behalf..

I have a question about the cadaver dog hit. Looking at the pictures of the bedroom above made me think about it. If a cadaver dog hits on a carpeted surface, what is the next step in procedure? Do they then test that area somehow? Take swabs? Why didn't they cut out the piece of carpet in that spot for further testing? Remember how In CA's trial the pieces of carpet were sealed up in those cans, various testing was done on them? Why not in this case? Does anyone know?

DB has lived there 2 years and there are no curtains? To me that means that JI made it clear that she was not a permanent fixture in his life.

I've lived in my house for ten years and there is one single curtain in it and that is my son's room. He has a black curtain to keep the sunlight out. All of my other windows have blinds, some plantation, some cheap Walmart.

Anyway, I think the blinds look fine and I really just don't care about curtains period.
I didn't realize one had to have curtains in order to be permanent?
