Cadaver dog hit on scent in DBs bedroom

Did the boys hear the dogs barking? I doubt they were drunk. Also did the boys hear the baby monitor at any time? Again we don't know, but I'm guessing their not hearing it excuses them as they were sleeping but not DB? I didn't hear our phone ring this morning when my wife called to say she was getting off work, and with as much coffee as I drink, I can guarantee you I was not drunk.

Dogs don't bark at their owners. And the neighbor dogs don't usually bark at the neighbors they are used to seeing every day either.

That is sometimes true, one of my darks barks at the wind, and anyone walking by where another of mine, the oldest only barks when she sees certain people that she likes. So a dog that barks may not have barked at JB, SB, Tanko since they were used to him, and in the beginning of the case we also heard of Tanko letting a neighbour's dog loose that day / day before depending on when one thinks Lisa was removed from the house, before or after midnight.

Funny how many times Tanko can be connected yet ignored IMHO.

That's not my point. The point I am trying to make is how did DB know the dog barked? How did she know the baby monitor made any sound at all if she was passed out drunk?

I wasn't aware that Tanko was a regular visitor to the home...perhaps just when Jeremy was gone?

My dogs bark at everyone that comes to the door, including me. True they are different barks, but only I can tell that.

Yes indeed, she said something about how it would be static on her end, on the Fox interview.... lol...sorry not funny, but some of these things are just SO obvious!

If she was passed out real drunk she wouldnt even hear herself snore let alone hear tiny sounds off a baby monitor!

She may have woken to a dog barking though if it barked long enough

There was a box of wine which is about four bottles, and we dont know if it was all drunk, if there were three people drinking it equally its still not enough to make someone blind drunk, especially if they are used to drinking alot, who buys a box of wine on a monday? Rather than a friday? A drinker

not sure what point im trying to make here apart from who was drunk and how much

BBM: Then I guess a select few may consider my wife as "controlling" since she calls my four from a previous marriage her sons and daughters, and talks about "our" grandchildren? I would have to respectfully disagree that this makes someone "controlling". My wife loves OUR children as if they were her own and the same with OUR grandchildren. I would say if anything, it shows she has a love for the children and they are part of the family unit as it is.
Which I may add is more than some women who bare their own children show, and we have many examples of that here at webslueths.

What your wife does in the company of her home, friends and family is different and not comparable to what DB says to the national media. Her words are words that are looked and judged by media. Imo, she wants people to think she is "motherly" and uses the words to get that across. She doesn't strike me, and I bet there are many more around, that never would think DB as a "mommy type.

I am sure your wife is not the same type of person as DB. Your wife considers the children hers and has every right to do so in her circle. Keep in mind that DB is not even married to the father of this child and is calling the child "hers".

No stranger tried to climb through the window unless they were drunk out of their mind. Aside from it being to high, they had to be crazy because it faced out to houses and the street, not to mention a barking dog that was fenced close to the window that would be used.

The window was staged...and the baby died in the home as evidence by the cadaver dog.

So obviously staged, & very poorly at that. It's obvious it was a story someone cooked up very quickly, not very well thought out at all. Epic fail, IMO.

I also believe it was staged. But, in terms of keeping DB and/or JI out of jail, it is not really an epic fail. This whole thing was a lot of luck on their part. I think that the staging was part of the whole plan in which Lisa passed sometime after the birthday party Sunday and the entire day Monday was planning and staging. It was a plan that has worked for them....so far.

I thought the front door was also left open.

the front door not being shut or locked and the lights being on couldjust as well be a result of someone who got drunk and crashed out without doing all the nightly routines

several posters in this forum do not believe DB was drunk that night... in that case the unlocked door was most likely part of the staging (like the window screen that was bent)

she could have been drunk and do that too, after all a box of wine is alot of alcohol i doubt her neighbour drank it all herself

I was just saying that people whp get drunk are not careful intheir normal night routines

So it's not going to get addressed that an intruder could of just waltzed through the front door? Who needs a window then?

I highly doubt she just left the front door unlocked,as well as the window. It was Jeremy's first night at work, they had recently had their car broken into supposedly, and she had the presence of mind to remember that she went in & told the boys they could come sleep with her. How convenient that she doesn't remember checking on Lisa or whether she locked the door. IMO, she is lying.
