Sad that she would exploit her son, like that... and sad that she obviously has serious image issues... feeling like death is her only option if she got bigger, is ridiculous. Sadly, that isn't surprising, being as she exists in a vanity driven industry... and to tell the truth, a large section of the general public feeds in on the whole "only skinny women are visually appealing" complex , as well. It's a vicious cycle...
