No her family has NOT been told because no conclusion was reached.
According to all the facebook groups for Alexcia there was NO clear cause of death.
Asphyxia could not be ruled out, but there wasn't enough evidence for a homicide charge.
I am glad that Alexcia's mother is getting another chance at motherhood.
I hope her baby boy helps give her some peace and helps her to move on.
However, I can't imagine every truly moving on without closure. :twocents:
