He won't plead guilty because he wants the family to suffer. It's part of his revenge plot. This is one sick and twisted dude. IMO

I wondered why the trial was only slated for 5 weeks. Looks like they have some very definitive evidence.

I can't imagine making Nathan part of this. I just can't imagine.

I think he ran out of time and whatever fragments were left in the barrel was a result of that. Possibly the bones and teeth would have been ground and distributed in the earth as a fertilizer. There is also the septic system that he may have made use of.

It hasn't been covered in detail yet, but it seems like a fantastic coincidence that the aerial photos were taken at that time.
