If the defense is planning an NCR - would they have already stated that, or can they drop that at any point in the trial?

I would think that would already have been stated as I believe the Crown would have the opportunity to go over all of the assessments and send in an expert of their own for an assessment. This would have to be done long before the trial commences.

For those who have missed this information. My friend from Aetna where the accident happened said Matthew and his sister took the truck without permission to go to the General Store for Hallowe'en costumes. Her son went to school with Matthew and Hartleys were farming neighbours. They hit another neighbour who was badly hurt. I have never put his name on here because people were so upset when the press hounded the Hartley's.

I find it so odd that this person "comfortable with computer systems" did not have a bunch of free online email addresses. (Gmail, hotmail, etc would be so easy to acquire in his alias.) He used the default address that came with his family's Telus internet set up. He was 'smart' but archaic.

Also assuming his fear of malware is due to the downloading of sketchy materials.
