How would DG get photos from Bernardo case???? They were destroyed after trial. No?
Deep Web.

No...he had graphic photos from the Bernardo case on the hard drive. Those photos were removed so the jury would not see them.
I wasn't aware that was something public could even access. Thank you for clarifying. I found the wording about that hard to follow in that article.

I'm confused....are they hinting at photos of his victims being on the harddrive sort of like what Bernardo did?

It reads to me that they are comparing the concealment of the Garland farm aerial photo to the concealment of photos from other high profile cases. I don't think the article is saying DG had those photos (Holmolka etc..) on his hard drive.

Video tapes were destroyed. Evidence pictures are around. Google is your friend.......

I have seen a couple of Leslie's body encased in cement. I don't know if they were released to the media but they did end up in a couple of books. I never saw them in the newspapers or on TV. Kristen was found very close to where I live. Leslie is buried 15 minutes away. I can never pass by the Cemetery or where Kristen was found without feeling sad.

I live close lose to where Kristen was found too. Very creepy driving by there.

No, he had those photos on his hard drive. In court that day they explained that of the almost 90 photos in the gore folder we were only going to be shown 6.

I believe all of that was under a Canadian publication ban but weren't there a lot of US reporters at the trial and didn't a lot of pub ban info and pictures get published south of the border?

I think photos not released can be found in the deep dark web. Don't ask me how to get there I have heard of it in other cases. Could be doctored or actual. There are sick people eager to copy info/photo from a high profile crime who have access.

I don't think his family needed much convincing in that DG was "the guy".

Can you imagine, having your mother, the mother of the child you murdered, and your brother-in-law begging you to tell them where Nathan was and you are as cool as a cucumber? Totally unaffected by the emotion, fear and terror these people were experiencing.

Wow!

I hate to guess at stuff but I am quite sure that he is a bonafide psychopath.

I'm still trying to figure out what fetish he was into. There's cross dressing, then there's the infantilizing fetish. Man, he is so sick and twisted. What all was/is going on that head? WTH is he?

One thing recently in the trial that freaked me out was when we learned from the Prosecution that he accessed the Gore photos one last time while he was in possession of them after he had taken them to the farm and before he had burned them.

What sick reason would he need to check the gore photos again while he had them? Was it to make sure he was following instructions?

A true physchopath IMO

Luckily for me(and others!) I don't plan to murder people, but my appetite for crime stories has lead me into some dark murky underwaters. Even my hard drive would look damaging if I ever did turn criminal lol. I've seen things most can't stomach so DGs searches didn't phase me beyond the fact that he wasn't just lurking he was acting upon it.

Despite all the ugliness, there have been many poignant moments the jurors also didn’t witness. After sitting each day in court remaining stoic and silent, those friends and family of the victims shored each other up outside the courtroom doors, holding on to one another when the days were unbearable, wiping the tears of those overwhelmed by sitting day in and out near a man that the Crown contends caused the death of three of their loved ones.

I'm still new to this and I get scared to even Google some of the things I've heard during trials and don't know what it is! Lol Definitely not ready for any murky waters!

Though I have been called to serve Jury Duty x4 in my life, I have never done so, as the issues were all resolved before a trial. I have a possibly dumb question. Is there someone in with the sequestered jury members helping to negotiate and make sense of the task before them? I cannot imagine they are all 12 just thrown together to sort it all out amongst themselves. A foreman/mediator, of sorts? How does that work?

The only time I'm scared to Google is when I'm at work...try explaining adult diaper fetish and bondage to HR.

I also don't save the images I come across. Once and done is usually good for me! But alas this curious kitty must always search. Which leads to more searching. And suddenly I am into a new crime story immersing myself there. Rinse and repeat. It's addictive.

Actually, I remember now. I've seen them too.

They will vote on one of their own as the foreperson who will hopefully have the best handle on the task at hand and will help to guide the process. But other than that, no...there is no one there to assist them. It is completely up to them. They can ask questions of the judge however if they need guidance.

Well, Blatchford's new article indicates that the reason why the prosecution alleges they were decapitated, is because they are completely headless in the photos.

Not sure what she means by quasi - sexual with respect to his interest in Kathy.

I personally, would volunteer to string the pri*% up by his balls.
