No matter what, I think this guy should be in prison.

I certainly appreciate your being here and your expertise, but I hope if he has something that it is not enough to get Falconer off.

I certainly think he will end up convicted (IMO -- not based on my career experience as it's limited predominantly to family law matters), I am just curious professionally about the approach of the defence.

Welcome :seeya: It does seem the Crown has a very strong case. Already tied to the crime forensically. I did see the same from the Defense in the Victoria Stafford case. Crown proved their case beyond a shadow. Defense threw a few bones but basically saw to it their client/s received a fair trial.

The worst must be over if Amber's parents are sitting in the front row again.

What's up with the Brothers Street testimony? Unless Falconer showed up at a friend or family to shower and change at some point?

I just picked up on that!

We should see soon.

IIRC, that is the area Falconer was arrested in for 'breech of parole'--Brother St./ Brother St. Ext.

  • #320
I do remember (I think LOL) of some report somewhere that Falconer was dating during the time of the murder or shortly before. Anyone remember her name? I wonder if he had access to wherever she lived? Point to ponder.
