So the crown took this to trial without a motive. Without a murder weapon. And without being able to prove the accused was at either the crime scene (they have yet to show that there was a crime scene) or the burial site. I hope they have more, or there is going to be some angry people in Pictou county.

Yes I remember the ME saying that as well. He was of the opine the stab to the heart was AD due to little pooling.
