Maybe, but does it matter to the murder of Amber Kirwan.

She was 19 years old walking to a convenience store to meet someone she trusted.

She was abducted and savagely murdered.

The Crown has this guy. He was in the area of the abduction; he was at the camper where they have proven Amber was held; his shirt bloodied with Amber's blood was found in the back of his car.

They found one of Amber's shoes strewn in the bushes near an apt. where one of his women lived; they found her earrings hanging in bushes near where she was buried.

They have him.

If there are little doubts that waiver about the 'whole' picture, should that matter?

I say guilty of 1st degree murder--let's put this guy away for a long, long time.

I don't understand this part. I would like very much to see this woman have to take the stand, but it appears she is not going to.

I also would have like to have seen the Crown call Owens--they guy that was with Falconer on Sunday.

That is how I felt before this trial began. But now I find myself questioning if he really did do this. Should he be guilty of 1st degree murder if he kidnapped her for others? Should he be guilty of 1st degree murder if he helped someone after the fact? What about if he actually was set up? What then?

Yes I think he should be incarcerated. Should not have been let out. But from what I have seen I am not convinced he did this. Not yet anyway. More than willing to change my mind on that though. In fact I HOPE my mind gets changed!
