Agree. Was Dad a last minute decision? Why would the Defense think this would not be objected to? I'm still trying to wrap my head around the conversation in Jail itself. Tweet stated there was a sign clearly posted calls are/may be monitored. Oh well like they say Ya cant fix stupid.

Was Falconer Sr. present the day of the jail house tapes? I cant remember? I wonder if that would be an exception? By the time I dig up the link the Judge will likely have a decision LOL. I doubt he has much to say that will "explain".

I'm not positive, Bravo; but I believe so.

I'm certain he has been there almost everyday. I do remember one afternoon, when someone tweeted that only the grandfather was there; but mostly he has a fair amount of support.

They said his grandfather hasn't missed a minute of the trial.

They could have filed a motion to allow the father to attend, and still testify.

This is a last minute attempt at something.

That was the only exception I could see. I'm good with it. I don't think he will have anything earthshattering to add. Good decision on the Judges part IMO. Less appellate issues for Falconer to whine about. (If convicted of course)
ETA-who is to say Falconer Sr. wasn't at home following along with us. On that day.
