On November 5, 1960, Andrew Moses was last seen as he left his base camp on Brunswick Lake in Algoma County, Ontario. Andrew had left the base camp to check his trap line, which was approximately 5 miles in length near Ericson Creek. On November 13, 1960, a small search group was formed when Andrew did not return. The group located a rifle belonging to Andrew leaning against a tree. The following day, a half eaten beaver was located inside of a nearby camp on Ericson creek. The camp and trap line were searched one year later, and it revealed that it was vacant with no signs of being visited.
