I have been led to believe that law enforcement has some forensic evidence - is it dna?
Does anyone know if cops said that they have forensic evidence (which could be a number of things) and not necessarily dna.
<rsbm>

ITA with your comments wrt PK.

WRT DNA, LE has only ever referred to "forensic evidence" without specifying whether that includes DNA. Sorry, no time to find links right now, but there are numerous posts way back when in that regard. When DLS was arrested, his lawyer said to the effect "they don't even have DNA". Other than that, LE has remained silent on that issue.

I have to be taken to the lunatic asylum! :scared: :dramaqueen:

Where is the post with "bridge club" and details??? I really did read that thing - and now? Only answers on the subject.

2. I remember a saw was mentioned had been ditched in the garden?

3. "My" perp 2 could be someone, who had been given a loan to found
a company or so.

4. "My" perp 2 - second version, horse expert - could have been
given a loan (debt to horse betting or poker?).

5. The ominous vet, whom nobody wants to speak of ...., could have been
given a sum to invest - but I can't imagine, that he would have been welcomed
into the garage.

6. At least LV could have been given a loan or a sum to invest. If the
murder wasn't so violent as we thought, then maybe a woman was
able to do it.

7. "My" perp 1 could also have been given a loan or a sum to invest.

Who benefitted from AG's death?

LV - money (inheritance); perhaps no repayment; no obligations with advancing age (AG)
JV - perhaps no repayment (or: no discovery of relationship with male)
MK - perhaps no repayment
PK - perhaps no repayment; no obligations with advancing age (AG)
PK - or: no discovery of relationship with male
neighbour - nice, cheap land for the children
unknown - perhaps no repayment

With Hallowe'en coming up soon, I'm wondering if AG gave out treats to the neighbourhood children.

Did her windows get egged? Did the older "children" set out to harm her property?

From Germany I got that post removed (my own) since it was too "wild" in several respects I realized. (See Bessie's Euripides quote!) Don't want to take away from whatever focus we have here.

I couldn't believe it and thought to be now completely goofy and even blind.

Did Audrey use prosthetics or mobility aids?

(That is what I was getting at re business investment - that type of business local to Hamilton.)

Could there be any relation between Audrey's murder and Thelma Clapham ?

"On December 2nd, 2004, at approximately 11:30 am, police responded to apartment 903 at 226 Rebecca Street in the City of Hamilton. Upon entering the apartment, they discovered the body of a 79- year old grandmother. Thelma Clapham died as a result of blunt force trauma in her ninth floor apartment, where she had lived alone for the past four years. There was no sign of forced entry to the apartment. Police have yet to determine a motive for the slaying.

Hamilton Police Service Homicide Unit is seeking the community’s help in their continuing investigation into the killing of Thelma Clapham. The investigation, which has included police interviewing over a hundred and fifty people and forensic work, has painted part of the picture.

Police now have information that a female may have been involved in this crime. Although no weapon has been recovered, investigators also believe they know what was used to kill the victim"

"Charges after elderly Toronto woman choked, sexually assaulted"

If "sexually assaulted" is given in case AG, then we have to observe reports like this, but if not? If everything was just blown up (by LE), we might be looking in the wrong place. - I don't know exactly, where to go now.

Whether we should look on "investment fraud" I don't know too. What is the reason, someone came up with this idea? I haven't received a response yet.

What I can say is this: unfortunately we have too many options and possible motives because we don't learn important things.

Russell Kirkpatrick. Russell Kirkpatrick pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault and choking a 61-year-old woman in July 12, 2010, at Pine Hills Cemetery in Scarborough."

TORONTO - A homeless man who savagely beat and sexually assaulted a woman visiting her mother’s grave is rated an extremely high risk to strike again, a Superior Court heard Monday.

Crown attorney Megan Petrie is seeking to have Russell Kirkpatrick declared a dangerous offender and jailed indefinitely as a signifcant threat to women.

His latest offence was a vicious attack on a 61-year-old woman in July 2010 that left her face so swollen and battered that she was virtually unrecognizable.

He pleaded guilty last year to aggravated sexual assault and choking — the latest of a string of violent crimes on his criminal record.

A psychiatric assessment filed Monday rated Kirkpatrick, 47, in the second-highest category of risk for repeat sexual offenders, indicating 89% of his group re-offended within 10 years"
