Interesting... In the article you have provided, quote, "a suit that has put the office under administrative and financial strain."
I wonder how much money? (financial strain)

That’s when lawyers for Sherman and Apotex turned to Federal Court, decrying the ongoing investigation as “an unanchored fishing expedition” launched in “bad faith.” Faced with mounting legal bills, Shepherd was eventually forced to request $400,000 from a parliamentary committee or risk conceding defeat.

Follow the money....I don't stand for corruption. JMO

Even with BSs passing, Apotex can still garner favour as she didn't put a stop to it. And, everyone who participates in these events.

They were looking at that roof about a month ago.

From Dec 23 article...

On Thursday, a Toronto Fire Services truck also came to the property so investigators could get a view of the mansion’s roof with the help of an aerial ladder. On Saturday morning, police could be seen searching the sewers near the couple’s home, which is still sealed off with police tape.

The floor plan posted earlier shows a skylight above the central foyer. Possible means of entrance?

That sounds "James Bondish". Things one would see in the movies.

FWIW, I had a dream about the Shermans, on the morning their bodies were found. I described it online a few days later (Dec 19).

In it, I saw the murder of an elderly couple, committed by several people (either 3 or 4), and there was some connection to horse stables.

It was just a dream, but I did in fact have it on the morning their deaths were announced, and thats all I intend to say about it. JMO

Honey pledge video from 2010

If they still had it, a wheelchair would allow for an easy and discreet way of transport from the main floor to the poolroom and an effortless tying of the belt to the railing.

I don't see how a wheelchair would be easy transport. The only way I see downstairs is a spiral staircase.

This is how I picture it:
Leave the main floor through the door near the laundry room and go down the ramp to the garage. From the garage enter the hallway and go all the way down to the pool room.
If HS was into hydrotherapy after surgery, she probably used the same pathway.

I wonder how much money? (financial strain)
A few months later, the commissioner issued subpoenas against two senior Apotex officials: president and CEO Jeremy Desai, and Elie Betito, a former director of government relations who was among the guests at the 2015 fundraiser. That’s when lawyers for Sherman and Apotex turned to Federal Court, decrying the ongoing investigation as “an unanchored fishing expedition” launched in “bad faith.”
Faced with mounting legal bills, Shepherd was eventually forced to request $400,000 from a parliamentary committee or risk conceding defeat.

For the chairman of Apotex, the stakes were undoubtedly high. Although a breach of the lobbying code does not carry fines or jail time, it does trigger a public rebuke in a report to Parliament. And because a person who campaigns or fundraises for a political party is barred from lobbying that same party for five years, Sherman faced the possibility of being stripped of his status on the lobbyist registry until at least 2020.
It’s not clear whether the commissioner’s investigation, if it continues, could result in wider sanctions against Apotex and or the company’s other lobbyists. Again, the fall-out would be considerable. Apotex representatives are active lobbyists on the Hill, which isn’t surprising. The generic drug company can benefit from—or be penalized by—government decisions and regulatory changes pertaining to drug patents and approvals.

Jordan Berman, an Apotex spokesman, declined to comment on the court challenge or the investigation. “At this point we have nothing further to say about this matter,” he wrote in an email.

I woke up super antsy about the Sherman's case this morning. I think I'm ready for TPS to release the scene or make a statement.

Great. Finally some real news.

I think it will be interesting to see if Greenspan schedules a news conference afterwards. That might indicate that there is a disagreement with police findings. I would assume that the police would provide their findings to the family before going public. But you never know in this case.

IMHO, this feels like an impending **** show. TPS will hold a conference, and the Sherman family will retaliate. I hope this isn't the case.

I think TPS will likely announce the Sherman's were murdered.... A clue why I think that is the reenactment for The Fifth Estate Show that was done this past week. JMO
