The RCMP received a call after 10 p.m. April 28 from a man tending to his cattle about 10 kilometres west of the city, and said he found what he believed to be human remains...

The medical examiner and forensic pathologist have determined the remains are human in origin, however additional examination will be required to determine the gender, age and identity.

I read the article and don't see that the remains have been identified. There is a name suggested, but it hasn't been confirmed, at least not in this article.
