I do believe he will plead guilty and I'm not sure he's going to get anything in return.

No matter what, he will NEVER see the light of day, of that I am quite certain. At his age, and with the ability to now sentence consecutively, (and I have seen it done 3 times recently), I would be surprised if he got anything less.

He won't be put anywhere cosy. He's going to go where all the really bad guys go. Can you imagine the uproar if there was a plea deal? Unless he's giving up more bodies and then I can see them doing something in return, but it wouldn't be significant I don't think.

From everything I have read so far, the evidence is overwhelming and compelling.

Maybe he's pleading guilty to protect HIS family. He isn't doing it out of the goodness of his heart that's for sure.

Lots of evidence! Video of Kinsman going into his van. He kept items that belonged to his victims e.g. jewellery and a notebook.

Sentencing Feb 4, full details will be read out in court, according to crown.

Crown reads out facts in Bruce McArthur case: The 8 victims were murdered during sexual acts or while unlawfully confined, then dismembered. McArthur 'staged' and photographed the victims, and he kept jewellery belonging to some of the men as mementos.

But McMahon explains the importance of victim impact statements. He wants to hear how they’ve been impacted. Back to the facts, in notebook they found belonging to Andrew Kinsman, he had “Bruce” written in his calendar for June 26th. Kinsman went missing around June 26, 2017

McMahon says 3 days have been set aside next week for complete agreed statement of facts to be read out and victim impact statements to be read. Cantlon says some family members have indicated they don’t want to be in court to hear all the details. McArthur is being handcuffed
