UPDATE: Police actively searching for missing Oakville youth

"She was last seen in the area of Third Line and Tansley Drive in Oakville at approximately 10:30 p.m. on August 18.
Police say Cortney, who lives on Sandmere Place, is approximately 5-foot-3, with a medium build, and shoulder length, wavy blonde hair. It's unknown what clothing she may be wearing.
Her disappearance is not believed to be related to foul play. Cortney is a frequent user of the transit system, and is known to frequent coffee shops and local libraries in Oakville. She also has relatives in the Waterloo area.
If anyone has information that may assist police in locating Cortney call 9-1-1."
