There is no information from police where exactly the girl was found or whether the man believed to have abducted her was found or arrested.

Later on Tuesday evening, the Prince Albert police department issued a release asking for the public's help in locating*Jared John Charles, 19,*of St. Louis, Sask.

They described Charles as*having*dark skin, glasses, long shaggy hair, wearing a dark ball cap, red shirt and*dark pants.

He was driving a 2002 Black 4-Door Chrysler Neon with a rear spoiler and the licence number 525 KQI.

I want to go on a rant about our sorry excuse for a justice system, but I will leave it at this guy shouldn't have been out alone wandering playgrounds given his past.
Just because this little girl was found alive doesn't mean that she will not be traumatized from being forcefully taken.

This is not the first time Charles has been charged in connection with an Amber Alert in Saskatchewan. In September of 2016, he faced two counts of abducting a person under 14 after two boys were taken near La Ronge, Sask.

(He did not hurt them in any way.)

Charles was also charged for allegedly failing to obey a court condition ordering him not to have contact with children under the age of 16.

Ugh, he also had a sexual assault charge and had to join the sex offenders registry. This guy is just going to keep on escalating. I hope he gets sentenced to a group home or some sort of day supervision.

He's 19. He's not a kid anymore. He should have thought about that before he did this. He's abducted 3 children now and is on the Sex Offender Registry. It would be my hope that he sees the inside of a real prison and that he is monitored VERY CAREFULLY when he gets out because unfortunately he's going to get out.

There is no evidence to that point, although a possibility. It did not happen in the other arrest so I'm hopeful that is the case here. The guy has cognitive mental issues, not of a sexual pervision nature. We shall see what happens. I think a real possibility based on the last case that he goes to a mental health center not to jail.

Because that's what we do with people who take children. 20 year olds that "date" 16 year olds get the same thing.
