If they haven't announced he's been located 'safe' by now, then I suspect the news isn't good. It's taking too long for MSM to report on the status, other than 'located'.

It was reported that Finnigan has a tendency to hide. Have there been rains in the last 24 hours? I hope he didn't hide in a culvert only to have something unexpected happen

Oh wow. I didn't even notice that. But if that is indeed this poor child....why wouldn't he have been found sooner if he was located right next to the road?? I would think they would put up barricades to block the view if a body was found. That seems to be what is done where I live, at least.
