I'm not convinced that the incinerator was purchased as part of a nefarious plot (yet) but do you have any other theories as to why it may have been purchased given that livestock was not part of the equation?

Could it be used to make some sort of drug?

It's all too coincidental. LB goes missing. Who knows - if she died, maybe it was some kind off accident (drugs, or other). If he didn't plan it in advance he wouldn't have the incinerator on hand, but ordered one. I would think there would be no other logical reason for him to buy an incinerator. He doesn't have animals. Someone mentioned the swamp may be a place to "store" someone who met an unfortunate fate. Rich boy then places an order, and when the incinerator arrives he does the job.
Then, when Daddy says he is getting married again, Rich boy doesn't want to share and DM realizes he already has experience in this department and so he takes care of his Dad. Or perhaps Dad came across or found out about the incinerator and he realized son was up to no good. Only way to keep Dad quiet is to make it look like suicide.
One question. Why is it that a rich kid, who likes to have fun and party, lives with Dad? How come he didn't live somewhere more young and hip? Living with Dad, really? Does Daddy tell him to make his bed and do the dishes? The only reason why kids usually live with their parents when they are that age is to save money but he has lots. Also, why would he want to live there after his Dad shot himself there? Isn't that strange too?

Dellen never had a job as far as I know.. Maybe he couldn't afford a house until his dad died.... Maybe Dad wouldn't give him the money to?

IIRC Some friends of his said he acted as if he had no money.. Maybe he had to sit and wait for handouts from daddy.. He got sick of it.. And killed him knowing he was the heir to the throne..

If I am not mistaken, he bought the farm before his Dad died.
Also, he has the condo until in Bloor West, that would be a way more attractive area for a guy in his 20's to live, vs Markland Woods where his Dad's place is.

it's possible that on paper (license, taxes, etc.) that he loved at his fathers address, but in reality he could have been "living" at the condo or other properties he owns.

if you read a post on that page from SL he says they received a tip she was last seen at Broadview and Hillside..why has that not ever come up before?

I don't know the actual date but according to these quotes in the article below, from the guy who made the video:

“I have been posting this video every week for a year as I do with all my music. "The video is fake and for Halloween from last year of 2012"

So I guess, it could be over a year old (before LB went missing) or only 7 months old (Halloween 2012, which is after LB went missing)? I think the date is on MSM somewhere.

I remember a couple weeks ago, The Sun published the following:

"Police say they have an open mind as to what happened."

When, I read the above, I remember thinking WTH is that person talking about?! That show is beyond crazy and I hope nobody ever tries to mimic any part of it! What could possibly be reminding him/her of that show?!

Now, two weeks later, I just thought of that article again and found it. It's still seems crazy but it doesn't seem as far fetched to me anymore :-(. The leader/follower aspect, the type of property he purchased and this case is proving to be crazier by the minute. You never know what's next.

Is it possible she's in witness protection? I don't know much about how this works, but I would guess the police may know this but would have to still pretend she's missing. I would also assume SL would not be informed of this, but maybe her parents would?

Maybe, if that were the case you'd think they'd had enough evidence to arrest them by now. Before TB was killed.

Arrest who? I wasn't linking the witness protection to TB's death. It could be for something completely unrelated. Just a thought.

No information at all about the investigation into Laura's disappearance...Not surprising. No response at all to the fact that her last call was to DM and was apparently NOT INVESTIGATED?

IMO, other than the phone bill record series of 1 minute telephone calls to DM, where the duration seems to suggest they were just unanswered messages left on his machine, we have nothing other than heresay upon which to base any insight into LB's disappearance. IMHO she very well may have good reason to be distancing herself from abusive associates, friends, family or even a persistent x-BF, imo. I think, if we're not careful we may soon be pinning the sudden death of Anna Nicole Smith on DM, IMO which.... hmmmm..... come to think of it......

Well there was a boat involved, and drugs and that Larry Birkhead ( I am so glad I do not have that surname) likes to take photographs too...you may be on to something Carli ;-)

The Toronto Star indicates that Laura's calls to DM did not go unanswered.

Babcock was last seen in the Queen St. W. and Roncesvalles Ave. area on June 26, 2012. Her phone records show she and Millard exchanged eight phone calls in the days leading up to her disappearance, including her last call on July 3.
