This will just reinforce this scumbags view that his actions are "not that bad". If a judge sentenced him to only 4 years I can guarantee you that he will go back to his old ways when he is out. He will merely think "If I get caught I will only get 4 years".
The mother was right he is better off dead. Too bad he cant be molested and humiliated on camera before his demise.
