Homicide and Missing Persons Unit

The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of a Homicide investigation.
On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at approximately 11:58 p.m., police responded to a call at a residential unit in the
Church Street and Shuter Street area.
It is reported that:
- a person fell from a balcony
- the suspect fled the scene
- the victim was transported to hospital where they were pronounced deceased
The victim has been identified as Ryan Williams, 38, of Toronto. An image of the victim has been released.
The suspect is described as male, 38-40 years old, 5'8"-5'9", wearing a black hooded jacket, beige pants and black shoes. The suspect goes by the alias "Justice".
An image has been released.
Investigators would also like to speak with three persons of interest. They are described as:
Person of Interest #1: Male 5'10", wearing a black jacket, gray shirt, dark gray sweatpants, and black shoes with white soles.
Person of Interest #2: Female, 5'6", brown hair in a high bun, thin build, wearing black pants with white accents on the sides, red shoes with white soles, pulling a grocery trolley bag.
Person of Interest #3: Female, 5'6”, with a thin build, dark hair, wearing a black jacket, white toque, black pants, and black shoes.''
