I wonder what this will do to the trial timeline
I don't think it would be too upsetting for Sarnia to have the trial here. I think it would be some closure... that the monsters of their city are having their day in court.
I think it is more upsetting that some lawyer somehow linked up two clients in a note passing scheme. That lawyer should be disbarred if proven to have anything to do with this.
This trial will be horrifying. I have no doubt of that.
I do have a question, though. I wasn't on these boards when Tori had her trial. With a publication ban, can information that comes out of the court house during the trial be reported immediately? or is it released only when the judgement comes?
