Norman was 38 years old when he was last seen in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on either May 1st, 2004 or March 16th, 2003 (sources disagree) . Norman was known to travel around Saskatchewan as well as spend time in Edmonton, Alberta. It was not uncommon for him to be gone for months at a time. Family believes he may have traveled to Winnipeg, Manitoba. Norman remains missing.

DOB: Unknown, circa 1966
Description: Norman was 5'7 and 161 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He has a slender build, long brown hair, and brown eyes. He suffered a transverse fracture across the base of his olecranon in his elbow.
