The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Othneil Foster, 80, was last seen on Sunday, November 17, 2019, at approximately 1 p.m., in the Jane Street and Finch Avenue West area.

He is described as 5'7", medium build, balding hair, and a grey goatee. He was last seen wearing a black winter jacket with fur trim, white shirt with Blue Jays emblem, grey pants, and beige 'Nike' running shoes.
