Circumstances of Disappearance:
Mahoney was reported missing from Ottawa, Ontario on August 11, 1992. He has never been seen or heard from again. His vehicle, a silver 1983 Oldsmobile, was reported abandoned to police a few days later on August 14th. It was located at a gate leading into a field on a dead end road in Drummond Township, just east of the Town of Perth. Some personal items were found in the vehicle, including a note on the passenger seat that said “call my brother”. Despite unconfirmed sightings and intensive ground and air searches, Mahoney was never located. His whereabouts remain unknown.
