''Rachelle was last seen wearing multi-coloured shirt and blue slippers. She left her cellphone and other belongings at the facility. She may have been seen by a passerby near the local automobile dealership on Perini Road. Rachelle also has ties to the City of Sault Ste Marie.

Police are concerned for her well-being and are requesting the public’s assistance to help locate her.

She is described as: white; 5 feet 3 inches in height; 132 lbs.; thin build; shoulder length brown hair; and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Rachelle is urged to contact their local OPP detachment at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.
