''According to police, Sykes is unaccounted for and was last seen on Head Street South on Oct. 4.
He is described as a white man, about 5′10″ tall, 120 lbs with long dirty blond hair, typically worn in a ponytail. He also has a long beard/goatee and may be wearing glasses.
Police say residents in the area can expect to see a continued police presence as officers canvass homes on Head Street South and Stanely Street.

Ontario Provincial Police are concerned there may be another victim after finding an elderly woman dead in her Simcoe home last weekend.Norfolk County OPP responded on Sunday to a home on Head Street South, where they found the body of 71-year-old Barbara Morgan of Simcoe.On Wednesday, officers searched a home on Stanley Street in Simcoe.Detectives are now concerned for the well-being of 49-year-old Robert Sykes of Simcoe, who is currently unaccounted for.

''Norfolk County OPP are investigating the murder of a woman in Simcoe on Sunday.Officers were dispatched to a residence on Head Street South shortly after 10:30 a.m. for a 911 call and found the deceased woman.She has been identified as 71-year-old Barbara Morgan of Simcoe. A postmortem examination will be conducted Monday.Neighbours said Morgan lived with a man, who may have been staying in her basement.The Norfolk County OPP Crime Unit is investigating under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, in collaboration with the Office of the Chief Coroner and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service in Toronto.“Preliminary information suggests this is an isolated incident, with no indication of a broader threat,” said Const. Ed Sanchuk with Norfolk OPP. “However, police continue to investigate and are actively monitoring the situation. They wouldn’t say that unless they had a good idea of who killed her and possibly why. I wonder why they think RS is dead, if a third party killed them why leave her body and take his? Was he the target and she was collateral damage? Or maybe they’re trying to draw him out framing him as a possible victim.
