Canada - Sina Parsi, 32, found murdered, Toronto, Ont, 9 June 2015 - *Arrests*

I had a feeling he's not going to be far from where he set out on foot to meet someone. And he's not going to be found alive. :(

Such a weird case. The $400 withdrawal seems as if something shady was happening. I'm not versed in the cost of illegal vices, but doesn't 400 seem like a lot? Maybe I've been watching too much tv.
So sad to hear his body has been found. I hope the family gets some closure.

rbbm.

"Investigators are looking for two suspects in the death of Sina Parsi, the Vaughan, Ont. man whose remains were found in Toronto on Friday.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Clyde Marshall of New Brunswick and Sabrina Chouart of Gatineau, PQ. Both are wanted for first-degree murder.

They are believed to be together, and might also have a large breed dog, possibly a bull mastiff, with them according to Det. Shawn Mahoney of the Toronto Police Service.

"If anyone knows the whereabouts of these individuals we're asking you to contact police immediately," Mahoney said at a news conference on Saturday.

Police say Marshall is 36, six feet tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes, police say. Chouart is 27, five-foot-seven, 130 pounds with brown hair."

$400 is often the limit of what can be withdrawn from a bank machine.

It actually depends on your account. I can take out $500 at a time to a max of $1000 per week through the atm.
I'm thinking drug buying wise, wouldn't $400 be quite a bit?

Very weird case.
Off topic but congratulations Silly Billy.
Have not been on the Ontario forum since the Whitby teacher went missing.

Can someone enlighten me how they found the body and the suspects so soon? This investigation moved like lightening. From a missing person on Tuesday to a homocide on Friday.

"Police declined to give details on a motive and would not say if a weapon was involved.

“The charge speaks for itself,” Mahoney said. “They’re wanted for first degree murder.”

Marshall had a history of contacts with the police over property-related offences and violence, Mahoney said.

Neighbours told the Star the couple had lived in the building for about a year and hadn’t caused any problems.

They were often seen walking their dog and stopped to chat frequently.

E C last saw the couple two days ago.

“They were nice people. They were helpful. They were always talking,” she said"

And what was the story with "body found in railway yard", if they found SP's body in an apartment?

" Toronto police said they would not comment on the relationship between the suspects and Parsi.

“We do have what we believe is a motive but we’re not going to release that at the moment,”Det. Shawn Mahoney told reporters.

Mahoney said anyone with information about the pair is asked to contact police immediately. He also advised the two to contact a lawyer and turn themselves in as soon as possible.

He added that anyone who helps the two could face criminal charges themselves."

They must have had a vehicle but police have not mentioned it or described it .... strange.

At first I assumed he was lured to the woods then robbed and killed .... but an early report said his wallet was found near his truck ..... which makes it sound like that is where he was robbed .... how did they get him to the apartment ?

Several things not adding up about this case , but could just be some sloppy reporting of wrong information.
